What is my blog about?

Well this is my last post and my blog is mainly about the fourth amendment and the fourth amendment is really important because no one wants to be searched by a cop that doesn't have a warrant. Like wouldn't you be uncomfortable because i sure would be uncomfortable. My mission for my blog is to let people know the importance of the fourth amendment and to let people know what the fourth amendment is. And I think a lot of people like the fourth amendment because they know that it's wrong for a cop to search someone with a warrant and i think that it takes affect on the women the most because if a male cop searched a female without a search warrant the lady would be offended and sue the police officer. So if you get search and you don't have any drugs or weapons on you and you know that make sure to ask the police officer if he has a search warrant to make sure that you don't get sexually assaulted by a police officer.

Post 2: personal experiences

Have you ever had a personal experiences when a police officer has searched you without a warrant? Well i haven't but i try to put myself in other peoples shoes that have. So let's just pretend that i have been searched by a cop that didn't have a search warrant. How do you think i would feel? Well i would be scared because i've never done a crime and never will do a crime. I don't carry any weapons or drugs on me. So i don't need to be search i haven't done anything wrong. What do you think i should do? Or if you were in this kind of position what would you do? Tell me what would your solution be to this problem? or if you have been in this kind of situation comment and tell me what you did to get away from the police officer? Did you tell anyone? Did you ask the cop why he was searching you and did you ask him what did you do wrong? First of all why didn't you ask the police officer do you have a search warrant? "I want to see a warrant." So always ask the cop first do you have a search warrant?

When i was doing research i didn't know what amendment to choose so i chose the fourth amendment because. I know that many people get searched by a lot of police officers that don't have search warrants. But it is your right to ask a police officer why am i being searched i have the right to know and i also have the right to see a search warrant. And if a cop does not have a search warrant you have the right to take that police officer to supreme court and testify for sexual assault or in our case unreasonable search and seizure. So what does the fourth amendment mean to you? Is the fourth amendment important to you? Why?
